已通過兔抗m6A抗體(ti) 發現和檢測到100ng來自Dam+和Dam-大腸杆菌菌株的基因組。
2）
A：Elisa量化不同含量的m6A。兔抗m6A抗體(ti) 用於(yu) 捕獲抗體(ti) 和生物素標記的寡核苷酸作為(wei) 抗原。寡核苷酸均由24個(ge) 核苷酸組成，其中包括五個(ge) N-6-甲基-2-脫氧腺苷（m6A寡寡核苷酸BT）或-脫氧腺苷（陰性對照寡寡核苷酸BT），另外3’- 端被生物素標記。鏈黴親(qin) 和素結合辣根過氧化物酶被用作為(wei) 檢測器。
