一、熒光素（Luciferin）
生物發光是生物學研究中的一種基本工具，科學家們(men) 已將自然發生的生物發光反應的力量應用於(yu) 報告基因測定，在該測定中，熒光素酶在添加發光底物後產(chan) 生光。GoldBio提供廣泛的熒光素底物，包括用於(yu) 小鼠螢光素酶成像、細胞培養(yang) 和ATP測定的D-熒光素鉀鹽，以及Colenterazine，用於(yu) 生物發光共振能量轉移（Bioluminescence Resonance Energy Transfer）、ELlSA、高通量篩選測定以及細胞和組織中超氧化物陰離子和過氧亞(ya) 硝酸鹽的化學發光檢測。GoldBio還提供高靈敏度的單光和雙光Illumination™檢測試劑盒用於(yu) 體(ti) 外測量螢火蟲（Firefly）熒光素酶和海腎（Renilla）熒光素酶的活性，並有閃光和輝光類型的形式以滿足不同檢測和發射持續時間需求。此外，GoldBio提供了凍幹形式的Illumination™檢測試劑盒。

二、異丙基-β-D-硫代半乳糖苷（IPTG）
IPTG是一種半乳糖的類似物，不可代謝，可使lac阻遏物失活，誘導大腸杆菌合成β-半乳糖苷酶。在lac操縱子的控製下，克隆的基因表達是通過IPTG誘導的。IPTG通常用於(yu) 誘導重組蛋白，是硫半乳糖苷轉乙酰酶的底物，並已報道在細菌中誘導青黴素酶。IPTG通常用於(yu) 需要誘導β-半乳糖苷酶的克隆程序，並且最常與(yu) X-Gal一起用於(yu) 藍/白細菌菌落篩選。

三、感受態細胞（Competent Cells）
感受態細胞是各種研究用途的理想選擇，包括一般克隆、蛋白質表達和文庫構建。GoldBio提供大腸杆菌電轉感受態細胞、化轉感受態細胞、農(nong) 杆菌電轉感受態細胞、農(nong) 杆菌化轉感受態細胞以及其他試劑。GoldBio的電轉細胞轉化效率已得到驗證，其實際效率高達≥1 x 108 cfu/μg 。
