答：ichorbio生產(chan) 兩(liang) 種用於(yu) 體(ti) 內(nei) 使用的格式：低內(nei) 毒素和超低內(nei) 毒素。超低格式具有更高的純度，更低的內(nei) 毒素，更低的聚集，並且經過了與(yu) 將要使用的動物相關(guan) 的病原體(ti) 測試。
2.抗體(ti) 如何儲(chu) 存？效期多久？
答：遵循我們(men) 數據表上列出的存儲(chu) 信息。隻有在存儲(chu) 溫度正確時才保證一年的使用效期。
3.抗體(ti) 溶液中發現有沉澱物是什麽(me) ？
答：環境條件，如溫度變化、凍結/解凍、運輸過程中的搖晃以及長期存儲(chu) 可能導致抗體(ti) 溶液出現沉澱或絮塊。絮塊通常是緩衝(chong) 鹽從(cong) 溶液中沉澱出來或者一小部分蛋白質聚集。如果輕輕地反複倒置小瓶，應該可以去除沉澱。如果不能去除，我們(men) 建議通過過濾或離心來去除絮塊。
對於(yu) 過濾，建議使用無菌的0.2μM過濾器。對於(yu) 離心，我們(men) 建議將抗體(ti) 溶液轉移到無菌離心管中（不要在提供的冷凍瓶中離心），並在10k rpm下離心5分鍾。更建議使用過濾而不是離心，因為(wei) 離心可能使樣品發熱的時間比過濾的方式長，而過濾則可以非常快速地完成。無論選擇哪種方法，都應使用無菌過濾器、注射器、管子等，並在生物安全櫃中操作，以確保溶液保持無菌。此外，使用這些方法可以去除沉澱而不會(hui) 有顯著的蛋白質損失。如果在離心或過濾後擔心損失，您可以檢查離心或過濾後的蛋白質濃度，並將其與(yu) 提供的CoA上的濃度進行比較。
4.稀釋抗體(ti) 的最佳方法是什麽(me) ？
答：可以使用與(yu) 抗體(ti) 配方w全相符的無菌1*PBS。在稀釋時，建議使用冷緩衝(chong) 液，並通過在生物安全櫃中操作以及使用無菌移液管頭、管子、注射器和緩衝(chong) 液來保持無菌。應避免將抗體(ti) 稀釋到工作濃度並在4℃以上存儲(chu) 超過一天。
